All payments are due at the time of service and may be made through Zelle, Ivy Pay (credit card/debit card), or another payment arrangement agreed upon in advance with your therapist.

Full Psychological Evaluations (Report composed of 10 to 15 pages)

Evaluation will be given 2-weeks after your last session

Evaluation must be fully paid by your last session. 

Payment Plans also available. 

You are responsible for paying your insurance co-payment directly to your therapist at the time of service. 

Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits

Before scheduling your appointment, please contact your insurance company to verify that your plan includes Out-of-Network benefits for psychotherapy and to confirm the percentage or amount they may reimburse.

You will be responsible for paying the full session fee directly to your provider at the time of service. Your provider will then provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

Reimbursement is determined by your insurance and it is not guaranteed by the provider.
